CIS Medical Centers
*Medical centers that appear in red are approved, designated Schlumberger-Cigna-ISOS medical centers. A Med-Track examination performed in one of these centers will be cashless for IM, IC or GM employees, as there is a direct billing agreement between Cigna and the medical center.
*In cities where an approved, designated Schlumberger-Cigna-ISOS medical center exists, Med-Track examinations performed in another facility will be reimbursed by Cigna at the maximum expense level of the approved, designated Schlumberger-Cigna-ISOS medical center.
In cities where there is no approved, designated Schlumberger-Cigna-ISOS medical center, Med-Track examinations can be performed in any medical center of the employee’s choice, including the International SOS recommended centers below, as long as they are within Usual, Customary and Reasonable Costs.
Note for pre-employment physicals: The Schlumberger recruiter or HR manager will notify the potential New Hire of the need for a pre-employment physical as part of the hiring process. The recruiter or HR manager will inform the potential New Hire where he/she must eventually go for the pre-employment physical in locations where there is an agreement with a local medical facility.
