The costs of Health-Check exams are paid by the employer in the mean of a guarantee of payment. A copy of this guarantee of payment will be sent to employees with the notification e-mails. Additional tests not included in usual medical examination will be at patient’s charge.
The Health-Check medical examination must be performed upon pre-employment in order to assess the fitness to work of the Potential New Hire. The regular or periodic Health-Check medical examination must be repeated every year.
For a question of quality of services, Health-Check examinations must be performed within the International SOS accredited medical centres network. Choose the medical centre that is closest to your place of assignment. If the list does not show any medical centre in your country of assignment, take advantage of one of your professional or personal journeys to have your health assessment performed.
Due to the international nature of the Health-Check program and Total Gestion Internationale (TGI) all information is managed in English.
Health-Check reports will be automatically sent by the accredited medical centres via the online data capture in the Health-Check website or via our International SOS Drop Box. However, should you need to send us additional exam reports or a copy of your Health-Check report, please use our Drop Box : Data sent via our Dropbox is safe and secure and full confidentiality of information is respected.

International SOS manages all medical information for the Health-Check program. Examination result details are not communicated to HSE or Personnel managers unless there is a major public health concern that threatens the safety and health of other people and your consent has been provided.
The company will handle this on a case-by-case basis, usually reassigning people from a rig or remote location to an office job.
The Examining Doctor or Medical Provider that has performed your Health-Check examination may not always be aware of the Total Gestion Internationale (TGI) work environment and the specific constraints of your job or your location. This explains why your Health-Check questionnaire will be reviewed and your associated medical fitness status determined by International SOS doctors and by the Total Gestion Internationale (TGI) International Health Coordinator.
Total Gestion Internationale (TGI) Medical Department will contact you directly in order to inform you of any important health issues. He may provide advice, recommendations, request that you see a specialist or that you or your treating physician contact him in order to discuss and resolve the issue.
