After the initial checkup, the employee and dependents will have to undergo a Health-Check examination every year.
You and Health-Check
You have to undergo a Health-Check:
- If you are already an employee in order to ensure that you and your dependents are fit to travel, work and live outside your country of residence.
- If you are a potential new hire to ensure that you are fit for the position and geographic location you are applying for.
To do so, you will need to:
- Make an appointment with one of the accredited medical providers at reception of notification e-mail.
- Prepare the personal information required for the Health-Check examination about to be conducted.
This can be done by filling out the online Health-Check questionnaire and printing a
hard copy in case the Examining Physician or Medical Provider does not have access to your online questionnaire.
- Undergo your Health-Check examination.
- Ensure that the results are sent to International SOS using one of the recommended methods (Drop Box, Online data capture).
If the Examining Physician or Medical Provider uses the online Health-Check questionnaire, the results will be automatically sent to International SOS.
