Payment and Reimbursement
- The Marine Med-track program is a cashless program administered by International SOS and covered by Cigna Global Health Services; unless specifically mentioned by the NMD/ENG1 certified medical center, all exams included in the Marine Med-track program are free of charge for the employee at the time of their medical examination.
- In first instance International SOS will work directly with the provider in regards to direct billing, i.e. settle the invoice for the Marine Medtrack / Marine Medtrack Plus exams without involvement of the member.
- However, some providers will not work directly with ISOS for some exams and will ask the member to settle the invoice. An overview of the providers, exams and which exams will not be settled directly through ISOS will be provided on the website.
- When a member is asked to pay, he should settle the invoice with the provider and always ask for the invoice. He can then submit the invoice together with the payment receipt from the provider through www.cignaenvoy.com.
- If all the required data is provided, the claim will be processed and payment will be released within 5 working days.
- New hires must send their receipt to the WesternGeco Marine Schlumberger recruiter or location that has recruited them.
